ACCOMMODATION

The Committee will provide accommodation for all candidates at a designated hotel, including breakfast and a per-diem allowance of HK$150 (USD20) to help cover the cost of other meals, from the day of arrival in Hong Kong (earliest 1^st October 2008 for the 1^st Round participants, and 8^th October 2008 for the participants entering directly in Round II) until:

• For the 6 Semifinalists - Finalists, Tuesday 21^st October 2008 inclusive.
• For all other participants, until the day after the announcement of their elimination from the competition, inclusive, that is:
  For those eliminated in the first round: Thursday 9^th October 2008 inclusive.
  For those eliminated in the second round: Monday 13^th October 2008 inclusive.

Should participants who have been eliminated wish to stay on until the end of the competition, they will be responsible for all arrangements and costs of their stay in Hong Kong from then on. Likewise, should participants, for any reason, wish to arrive in Hong Kong earlier than the dates indicated in these instructions, they will be responsible for all arrangements on arrival and costs of their stay in Hong Kong until the date here advised for their arrival.
