ALL APPLICANTS TAKING PART IN THIS COMPETITION AGREE THAT:

• The decision of the Jury will be final.
• There will be no direct or indirect communication between any contestant and any member of the Jury from the time when the applicant is chosen to participate until after the Winners are announced, unless this is done with the knowledge and approval of the Committee.
• The three Winners will perform during the prize giving ceremony and gala performance to take place on Sunday 19^th October 2008, at 20:00, at the City Hall Concert Hall and will take part in press and TV interviews and/or other activities organized by the Committee until their departure from Hong Kong on Wednesday 22^nd October 2008.
• The First Prize-Winner (Gold Medalist) and the LCO will perform under the baton of Maestro Ashkenazy in Hong Kong and in a tour of three Asian cities (to be confirmed) organized to take place between Tuesday 21^st October and Monday 27^th October 2008 inclusive.
• All stages of the competition will be recorded and filmed live. The copyright and all related rights to all these sound and/or video recordings will belong to the Committee.
